Outgoing CJI BR Gavai stated he practices Buddhism but believes in all religions, inspired by his father and Dr. Ambedkar. Speaking at his farewell, he highlighted the Supreme Court as a collaborative institution, urged inclusive functioning, and said his journey reflects the Constitution’s principles of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.
