Manipur Deadlock: BJP Leader Demands Fresh Vote

Manipur BJP MLA L Rameshwor Meetei said fresh elections should be held if the Centre fails to form a government. Warning that BJP’s position may weaken, he said like-minded legislators have chosen Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata to lead and are ready to stake claim, stressing that if no government is formed by November, a new mandate is needed.
