Veteran Ramleela Actor Dies On Stage During Performance In Chamba

Amrish Kumar, 73, a veteran Ramleela actor from Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, died of a heart attack while portraying King Dashrath on stage. He collapsed mid-performance and was declared dead at the hospital. Kumar had performed for 50 years. Ramleela events have been postponed as the community mourns the sudden loss of the beloved artist.
