College Student Dies By Suicide After Dispute Over Bar Bill

A 19-year-old engineering student in Hyderabad died by suicide after a dispute over a ₹10,000 bar bill. Friends allegedly forced him to drink, assaulted him, and demanded money. In a video, he cited threats and humiliation. A case under abetment of suicide, extortion, and SC/ST Act has been registered. Investigation is ongoing.
