Supreme Court Directs NCR Govts To Implement GRAP Stage 4

Supreme Court has directed all NCR governments to strictly implement GRAP Stage 4 measures and form immediate monitoring teams. It also instructed the Centre and NCR states to decide on the necessary steps outlined in GRAP Stage 4 and report them before the next hearing. Additionally, Delhi and NCR governments must establish a grievance redressal mechanism for violations.
