Police Deployed Outside Reopened Temple In UP’s Sambhal

Police were deployed outside the Lord Shiv and Hanuman temple in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, which reopened after decades on Sunday. The temple was cleaned, electricity arrangements made, and CCTV cameras installed for security. It was found during an inspection related to electricity theft, with Nagar Hindu Sabha Patron Vishnu Sharan Rastogi stating it had been closed since 1978.
