Supreme Court Orders Delhi-Noida DND Flyway To Stay Toll-Free

The Supreme Court ruled that the Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited’s contract for the Delhi-Noida Direct flyway was unjust, unfair, and arbitrary. The court upheld a 2016 Allahabad High Court decision halting toll collection, criticizing the Noida Authority for bypassing competitive bidding and unlawfully delegating toll collection powers to NTBCL. The flyway remains toll-free.
