Indian Navy Submarine Collides With Fishing Vessel Off Goa

An Indian Navy submarine collided with the fishing vessel ‘Marthoma’, about 70 nautical miles northwest of Goa. Eleven crew members were rescued, while search operations continue for two missing crew members. The collision occurred as the submarine was transiting the west coast, prompting the Navy to launch a coordinated Search and Rescue (SAR) operation with six ships and aircraft.
