Pakistan International Airlines To Restart US Flights After 7-Year Hiatus

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will resume US flights after a 7-year suspension, after an MoU with the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to settle financial obligations. DG CAA Nadir Shafi Dar confirmed payments to the FAA, with a visit expected by Feb or March. This move could lead to Pakistan’s reclassification to ‘Category One’ status, enabling direct flights to US.
