Himachal Pradesh HC Orders Closure Of 18 Loss-Making HPTDC Hotels

Himachal Pradesh High Court ordered the closure of 18 loss-making hotels operated by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC). Justice Ajay Mohan Goel’s single-judge bench directed that the properties, with poor occupancy, be shut by November 25. The court also held the managing director personally responsible for ensuring the enforcement of the order.
