Aditya, a Congress leader in Karnataka, was arrested by the police in connection with the sexual harassment of a woman. He also circulated edited photographs of a woman and was beaten by the local people. The woman also alleged that he also issued death threats to her. Police registered a case under sections 75(2) and 78 of the BNS.
