New Rules For H-1B Visa Appointments, Good News For Indians

From January 1, 2025, the US Embassy in India, will implement new regulations for scheduling and rescheduling of H-1B Visa Appointments to reduce wait times.  An announcement is made on the US embassy’s official Instagram post. Under the new rules, applicants can reschedule their appointments without paying additional fees. If missed the schedule, they must book a new appointment with fees.
