GHMC Act Set For Overhaul: TG Proposes Core Urban Act

Telangana plans to replace the GHMC Act with the Core Urban Act for Cyberabad, Malkajgiri, and Greater Hyderabad. CM A Revanth Reddy directed officials to prioritise development, sanitation, road construction, fire safety, food inspections, water harvesting, and proper garbage disposal. All works must meet deadlines, technical standards, and quality norms.
