MUDA Scam Chief Barred From Government Roles For 3 Years

Justice Padmaraj Nemachandra Desai, chairman of the MUDA scam judicial commission, has been barred from government roles for three years. The Centre’s decision follows his refusal to join the Central Administrative Tribunal after committing to it. Citing personal reasons, Desai’s appointment was canceled, and he is also instructed to cease his duties as the MUDA commission head.
