Railways Revises Tatkal Booking Rules Effective April 15

Railways has made key changes in Tatkal bookings with the aim of streamlining the ticket reservation process. From April 15, Tatkal bookings will have to be made one day in advance. However, AC bookings start at 11 am, non-AC/sleeper at 12 pm, and premium tatkal at 10:30 am. The payment deadline has been hiked from 3 to 5 minutes.
