Indian Diplomats In Canada Monitored, Communications Intercepted

India has strongly protested to Canada after learning that Indian consulate officials in Vancouver were subjected to audio and video surveillance, with private communications intercepted. Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh informed the Rajya Sabha about this breach, stating that a formal protest note was sent to the Canadian High Commission on November 2, 2024.
