Suniel Shetty Approaches HC To safeguard Personality Rights

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty has approached the Bombay High Court seeking protection of his personality rights. As reported by “Bar and Bench,” he stated that several social media pages and websites misuse his image for business promotions. He also cited a disturbing instance of a deepfake picture featuring him with his grandchild, prompting legal action.
