Delhi-NCR witnessed a fresh spell of rain this morning, with visuals from ITO showing showers lashing the city. The Meteorological department issued a nowcast warning at 6:20 am, predicting light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning. IMD forecast a generally cloudy sky, one or two spells of rain, and temperatures dipping 2-4°C below normal.
