India Intensifies Efforts To Implement TEPA With EFTA Countries

India is accelerating efforts to implement the Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement with the European Free Trade Association. Commerce Secretary Sunil Barthwal began a four-day trip to Norway on November 22. Signed in March 2024, TEPA aims to boost India’s trade with EFTA countries Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein by removing barriers and enhancing market access.
