Kerala High Court emphasized that hospitals are “temples of modern society”, and added that they must be protected from vandalism. Justice PV Kunhikrishnan made this observation while granting bail to a man accused of damaging an Ayurveda hospital causing damages worth ₹10,000. He was asked to deposit ₹10,000 with the court. If he was found guilty, the amount will be sent the hospital.
