Five more individuals were arrested on Friday in connection with the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique, bringing the total to nine. Mumbai’s Crime Branch conducted raids in Panvel and Karjat, apprehending suspects linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Siddique was shot near his son’s office on October 12 and later died at Lilavati Hospital. Further investigations are ongoing.
