A serial offender targeting women was arrested in Tamil Nadu’s Sivaganga. He was hospitalised with a broken leg after a failed escape attempt. The accused is identified as 33-year-old Rajkumar from Keelapoongudi. He reportedly preyed on women herding cattle, either sexually assaulting or robbing them at gunpoint when they were alone.
