As an intense heatwave continues to grip several parts of Uttar Pradesh, the state govt has made a key decision to safeguard schoolchildren. The govt has announced summer holidays for students up to Class 8 in all schools across the state, effective until June 30. However, classes for students above Class 8 will continue as scheduled.
