Bombay HC Rejects Plea Of Worli BMW Hit-And-Run Accused

The Bombay High Court rejected Mihir Shah’s plea for immediate release in the BMW Worli hit-and-run case. Shah, arrested in July after allegedly killing Kaveri Nakhwa and injuring her husband, argued his detention was illegal. The court dismissed his and his driver’s claims, stating police followed proper procedures. Shah, allegedly drunk at the time, fled but was arrested after public outcry.
