IAF Helicopter Drops 66,000 Litres To Fight Fire In Arunachal

The Indian Air Force used a Mil Mi-17 helicopter to fight a large forest fire in Arunachal Pradesh today. The helicopter dropped about 66,000 litres of water over the burning areas near Pasighat to control the flames and protect nearby villages. The IAF shared videos showing the firefighting mission and its quick response.
