At present, there is no news of any loss of life or property due to the earthquake. However, no warning has been issued yet regarding the tsunami. There were no reports of damages or casualties.
Recently, a powerful 6.3-magnitude earthquake followed by strong aftershocks killed at least 4,000 people in western Afghanistan, making it one of the deadliest earthquakes to strike the country in two decades.
