“Happy Raj” is a family entertainer that works in parts, with a comparatively stronger second half. GV Prakash Kumar, Sri Gouri Priya, and George Maryan deliver commendable performances, and the latter half offers enjoyable moments. However, a weak first half, unconvincing segments, and dragged sequences prevent the film from fully resonating. #Rating: 2.75.5.
