In Moradabad, UP, a 23-year-old woman suffering from postpartum psychosis placed her 15-day-old baby in a fridge and fell asleep. The baby was rescued by his grandmother and is stable. Initially blamed on “evil forces,” doctors later diagnosed the woman with postpartum psychosis. She is now undergoing psychiatric treatment and counselling.
