Indian Shot Dead Attempting To Cross Into Israel From Jordan

Gabriel Perera, a Malayali from Thiruvananthapuram, was shot dead by Jordanian forces while attempting to cross into Israel. Another Malayali, Edison, was injured and returned to India after treatment. The group of four was reportedly trying to smuggle themselves across the border. The incident is under investigation by authorities.
