Slice Of Queen Elizabeth’s Wedding Cake Sells For ₹2.36 Lakh After 77 Years

A 77-year-old slice of cake from Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip’s 1947 wedding was sold for ₹2.36 lakh ($2,800) at an auction in Scotland. The slice, preserved in a box with the royal insignia, was a gift from the couple to a housekeeper. The wedding cake, weighing over 200 kg, was shared among guests and donated to charities.
