Uttarakhand Rain Fury Leaves 2,500 Tourists Stranded

Around 2,500 tourists were stranded in Mussoorie as rains and cloudbursts blocked the Dehradun road for a second day, leaving 15 dead and 16 missing in Uttarakhand. Himachal also saw landslides kill three. CM Dhami vowed swift restoration of services, while CM Sukhu pledged relocation of people from unsafe buildings to secure shelters.
