Manipur Classical Dance Legend Rajkumar Singhajit Singh Passes Away

Rajkumar Singhajit Singh, a legendary exponent of Manipuri dance and Padma Shri awardee, passed away peacefully at 92. He was celebrated for his profound knowledge, creativity, and contribution to preserving and expanding Manipuri culture. A renowned choreographer, teacher, and scholar, he established the Manipuri Nrityashram in Delhi. Singhajit leaves behind a lasting legacy in Indian classical dance.
