Madras High Court Declares Teenage Affection Not A Crime

The Madras High Court quashed a sexual harassment case, ruling that teenage affection like hugging and kissing in a consensual relationship cannot be considered a crime. The court stated that the actions were natural for a young couple and did not meet the criteria for an offence under Section 354-A of the IPC. The case was dismissed to prevent misuse of legal processes.
