4 Naxals Killed, 29 Surrender In Gadchiroli-Narayanpur Region

Four Naxals were killed in an 8-hour encounter near the Gadchiroli-Narayanpur border. Police recovered weapons from the site. Separately, 29 Naxals surrendered in Dantewada and Narayanpur, citing disillusionment with Maoist ideology. The ‘Lon Varratu’ rehabilitation drive has led over 1,000 Naxals to give up arms since 2020 in Dantewada alone.
