A 21-year-old man, Darshan Hegde, died in Thane near Mumbai after a speeding Mercedes collided with his two-wheeler late last night. The driver fled the scene, but the luxury car was later found in a paid parking area. Police are investigating the incident, examining CCTV footage and RTO records to identify the driver, who was reportedly followed by a rashly driven Thar SUV.
