Russia is planning to build stronger ties with India as it lacks any trust in the West. Moscow accused United States of instigating global conflicts and breaching crucial Cold War arms control treaties. Russia’s Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov said it is “impossible” for Moscow to place even a “minimum level of trust” in the West.
