Cyclone Fengal brought heavy rainfall to Chennai and surrounding areas, flooding hospitals and homes. Civic authorities are working at full speed to clear the waterlogged streets. Despite govt warnings, many people were seen enjoying the beaches, with some even visiting Mamallapuram’s heritage site.
