Two more infants rescued from a fire at Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College have died, raising the total death toll to 17, a senior official confirmed on Sunday. The fire, which broke out on November 15, devastated the neonatal intensive care unit, where 39 newborns were rescued. The college’s principal, Dr. Narendra Singh Sengar, confirmed the additional deaths.
