A severe heatwave is gripping both Telugu states. In Andhra Pradesh, temperatures above 41°C have been recorded in 119 locations, with the highest reaching 43.7°C in the Palnadu district. Meanwhile, Adilabad and Nizamabad in AP also recorded temperatures exceeding 41°C, highlighting the intensifying summer conditions.
