Lok Sabha Speaker Issues Warning Of Action Over Protests In Parliament Premises

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Friday warned MPs of action if they engage in protests or demonstrations within Parliament premises. This came after large-scale protests over an alleged insult to BR Ambedkar. Birla emphasized that any such actions would lead to serious consequences, following a scuffle that injured two MPs and an intimidation allegation against Rahul Gandhi.
