A BMW allegedly driven by a woman fatally struck Deputy Secretary Navjot Singh, 52, near Delhi Cantonment Metro. The senior Finance Ministry official and his wife were returning from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara. He died on the spot; his wife was seriously injured. The driver was taken into custody after hospital discharge, police confirmed.
