Naxal Killed, Two Jawans Injured In Bijapur Encounter And IED Blast

A Naxalite was killed in an encounter with security forces in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, while two personnel were injured in an IED blast during the operation. Acting on intelligence, a District Reserve Guard team launched a mission in Munga forest, where they encountered armed Naxalites. Following the clash, police recovered a 9mm pistol and several IED components. A search operation is ongoing in the area.
