Two-Member Panel Finds That Jhansi Hospital Fire Entirely Accidental

A two-member committee found that fire at a hospital in UP’s Jhansi that killed 11 newborns, was entirely accidental and not deliberate. There is no criminal conspiracy or negligence in the incident, due to which no FIR has been registered. The fire broke out on Friday in the neonatal wards of Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, one of the largest government hospitals in Bundelkhand region.
