A 13-year-old boy, Samar Billore, reportedly died while dancing to loud music from a DJ during a local festival in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Drawn to the festivities outside his home, he collapsed amidst the celebrations. Unaware of his health issues, onlookers continued dancing as his mother, Jamuna Devi, cried for help. Samar had a heart condition but was doing fine prior to the incident.
