Karnataka Congress MLA Arrested In Major Betting Crackdown

Karnataka Congress MLA K.C. Veerendra, known as ‘Puppy’, was arrested in Sikkim by the Enforcement Directorate for involvement in illegal betting. Raids across multiple states led to the seizure of ₹12 crore in cash (including ₹1 crore in foreign currency), 10 kg of silver, gold worth ₹6 crore, and four luxury vehicles, officials confirmed.
