A Kerala court has ordered the district jail to prevent a prisoner, RS Jyothi, from getting a haircut after he filed a petition to avoid the mandatory jail condition. The 38-year-old, arrested for sexual assault, was reportedly growing his hair for a Tamil film role. Jyothi, a former Tamil movie worker, was arrested by Kollam Railway Police based on a woman’s complaint.
