UP Police revealed that the same gang that kidnapped Mushtaq Mohammad Khan also attempted to kidnap Shakti Kapoor, offering him Rs 5 lakh to attend an event. The deal fell through due to a high advance request. Four gang members were arrested after an encounter, and police are investigating their involvement in other kidnappings. Efforts continue to locate remaining members, including Lavi.
