At least five people were killed and 27 others injured when a private luxury bus, carrying a marriage party, lost control and overturned in the Tamhini Ghat section of Raigad district on Friday. The bus, operated by Purple Travels, was en route from Lohegaon, Pune, to Birwadi village in Mahad for a wedding. The victims included three women and two men, while the injured were taken to local hospitals.
