Andrew Puzder Appointed As US Ambassador To EU

Donald Trump named Andrew Puzder, former CEO of Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr, as US ambassador to the EU. Puzder, previously criticized for labor practices and employing an undocumented worker, withdrew as labor secretary nominee in 2017. Trump praised Puzder’s leadership skills, also nominating Brent Bozell III to lead the US Agency for Global Media.
