Supreme Court Extends Vikas Yadav’s Interim Bail

The Supreme Court today extended by one week the interim bail of Vikas Yadav, serving a 25-year sentence in the 2002 Nitish Katara murder case. A Bench of Justices M. M. Sundresh and N. Kotiswar Singh heard Yadav’s plea against the Delhi High Court’s August 22 order, which had declined to prolong his bail.
